Chicken Fajitas
Juicy seasoned chicken cooked with colorful peppers and onions, served sizzling with warm flour tortillas.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp (8 g) chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
- Add the sliced peppers and onion to the skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything together for 2 minutes.
- Warm the flour tortillas until soft.
- Sprinkle the cilantro over the fajitas and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.
- Serve immediately with the warm tortillas.
