Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup (55 g) light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (225 g) fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold the blueberries into the batter until evenly distributed.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake for 20–22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.
