Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (55 g) light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120 mL) milk
- 1 1/2 cups (225 g) fresh blueberries
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until just combined.
- Gently fold the blueberries into the batter until evenly distributed.
- Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with batter.
- Bake for 20–22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
